Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
  

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
• Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at hello@maizeeandmoose.com within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
